This Privacy Policy explains how Answerly (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services at answerly.help.
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your email address when you create an account, the documentation content you import, and basic usage analytics. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Waffo, and never touch our servers.
We use your information to provide the help center service, answer your support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Your documentation is yours. We never use your content to train shared AI models, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous, privacy-respecting usage measurement — no cross-site tracking cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts and their content are removed from our systems within 30 days.
