These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Answerly (answerly.help). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Answerly is an AI help center platform that turns your documentation into an answer engine, generates llms.txt files, and provides an AI support bot. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
You retain all rights to the documentation you upload. You grant us a limited license solely to host and serve it as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you import.
Paid plans are billed monthly as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Waffo. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
You agree not to use the service to host unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Answerly is provided without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
